Internship assessment
M.Rambai Roll no: 89 Period of posting : 12.2.2023 to 13.4.2023 Posted in unit 5 under Dr.Himaja mam Dr.Narasimha sir and Dr.Dk sir . Unit duty : In OPD duties i took the history of patients and checked the vitals of patients Admitted cases which require further management ,took the samples and sended necessary investigations. From pgs i learned the interpretation of investigations such as x-rays , ABG,ECG With the help of pgs ,l learnt the examination of individual systems. In casuality duties ,kept iv canulas for patients and did CPR ,seen the patients came with MI and learnt from the pgs the loading drugs given for a patient in MI Prepared blogs of admitted patients ,created pagr groups ,and updated SOAP notes everyday. Plotted fever charts, investigation charts . By plotting fever charts ,pattern of temperature helped me to give an idea about the type of fever When patients are stable,typed discharge summaries and discharges stable patients.
